Clone function in Wordpress site.

I need someone to clone a function in this live sports streaming site: [login to view URL] Take a look at that list of streaming sports events. I want to be able to set the blog to a certain time zone, and then add live sports events with a time set inside the admin panel. When the time for those sports events have passed and the stream has expired, I want the listing for the event to automatically disappear from my first page. It would be very useful if all I had to do was to add the info once, and have the index page generated from the individual stream page (page or post, does not matter to me). It would also be very useful if I could add an unlimited number of sports events inside the admin, but only show a set number of events on the first page (like 20-50 events). If the surfer wanted to see events coming up in the future, he can click a NEXT PAGE link or similar. For now, I want the function to look exactly like on the example site. I do not need any special template or plugins or any other cloning done. I just want the function to work. Please write the words I UNDERSTAND somewhere in your bid, to show that you actually have read this far. You can set the system up on your server first, or on one of mine. It does not matter to me. Since this is pretty basic feature, used by many sites, I'm not really looking to pay a fantasy price for this.
