Affiliate marketing-Web Designer

I am searching for a creative, innovative web designer who can design a 1-2 page website that contains 3rd party affiliate links(no shopping cart). They should be familiar with placement, colors, marketing and Google Adwords experince a plus. They will be responsible for incorporating the links and setting back end (conversion) tracking. Portfolio of work done by the bidder necessary.
