Create a Joomla template from design

I had a design made for my website (see attachment), which now needs to be converted into a Joomla template. I will start off with the home, contact us and about us pages. But will need to add more pages going forward. Once the template is done I will add the content to the pages. There might have to be an adjustment to the home page banner to add a message (or could this be configured)? Also need options on how the contact us form could be implemented. 3 designs are available in psd format. You would have to guide the process until it is implemented on my site. You need to have the relevant Joomla experience (preferably as part of your previous vWorker projects)
