Create mobile version of our website

We are looking for someone to develop a mobile version .m of our website using HTML5 that would be automatically seen by phones and also by ipads or tablets. Going for the look and feel of an app, The site would simply be a more simple version with data sourced from the internet at our other websites. The mobile site would need to be written to look good on all tablet platforms including a android, ipad, and cell phones. The site is based around a single source for sharing information about our company and website www.tommycarwash.com. I envision the mobile site having 9 tabs listed in no perticular order/ they are as follows: "Configure" a tab which would show a list of about 14 fixed items that we have a configurator program for. The links would simply source or frame a webpage where people can go and configure an item through a system we're already using so basically a few fixed links to web pages I would give you. "Blog" would be sourced or framed page from our blog [login to view URL] "Tommy Times" is a printed newsletter which is a multi page pdf file I would give you and create an interface for people to scroll through. We would update it every 6 months or so with a new multipage pdf file. "Store" This is the primary tab and would probably really be the first and main tab. Also the most complicated. I want to view data from our webstore ([login to view URL] to get directly to the store or click the buy online button at top of website.)., category heiarchy, items, item descriptions, prices, pictures, specifications, video's, etc. We update constantly, prices and descriptions and such so basically we would need to source that data which comes from netsuite, or pull from the web. However we also may change categories, items locations, etc. We really want it to match our webstore which you can see by going to [login to view URL] and click buy online. "Tommy Manager" would be a tab which would again be a simple link to an app we have built using salesforce.com. The webpage details are to be determined yet, but I think it would be just a shortcut to the login page so you could login on your tablet into the [login to view URL] app. "News" would be a tab showing a live twitter feed from our twitter page [login to view URL] and status updates from our facebook page. "Success Stories" would be a tab showing a car wash in spotlight, or a product in spotlight. Not sure how we would source this, but I guess it can be a webpage again or some other way I can input data and upload a picture that it would frame where I would post a paragraph and a picture about a hot product or a hot new car wash story similar to our blog, and our news feed, but a seperate more simple program. Sorta like our own version of twitter...? if possible "Support" similar to store, this would be a category hiearchy again with items sourced from our support page on our website and would operate updated daily very similar to the way we'd pull store data. "Controller" this would be a framed item sourced from our wash controller login page which is a plc system through schnider electric. We'll need to work on how this would work but again basically framing another site. Most of these items are very simple, except the store and support tab which requires advanced skills and ability to source data from either netsuite our infrastructure system or from the internet. Please do not bid if you are not an expert in this field. Please be specific in your offer as to how you specifically would accomplish these tasks and items. Don't just tell us about your organization. We care about how and examples of building our specific format.
