Affiliate Marketing Specialist and Landing Pages

Need someone that has large experience in Affiliate and Internet Marketing but is also able to provide a landing page. What we want is a Landing page, where we will bring traffic (not from adwords or similar!) and where we want to maximize revenue by having textlinks, banners or whatever on this page. We would prefer to have pay per click ads so experience with parked domains is that every 4-5th visitor clicks on a link on this page. Example could be like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] although I prefer to have clickable links already on home. Another alternative is to have also content on page like [login to view URL] but of course the content is only to be attractive to google or to affiliate networks. And thats were we need consultancy: what kind of pages are the best? How do we do it? Are there any legal aspects to take into account? What kind of page or content do I need to have a site that qualifies with affiliate networks? What are interesting networks to join and so on... Please note that this would also include adult ads and content so if you have experience in this area too it would be an advantage. Second step is to realize the page. There we see 2 options: 1. Have a non-flexible page where we need to enter into code when changing code (like adsense if using, as in [login to view URL] example) or keywords. We will then have obe page that needs to be edited depending on where the traffc is coming from (adult content, music or whatever). This first Page would be adult Page. 2. A flexible tool where we can change code, generate different sites with templates but absolutly focused on what I described above (partly this is done by [login to view URL]) So please if you quote, quote for option 1 but also mention what option 2 would cost.
