CSS to Joomla!

I need a CSS site put into Joomla. I need the site to look as close to the original site as possible. This includes a flash, roll-over drop-down navigation (originally created in Fireworks), and graphic heavy design. I need the home page converted perfectly, with a news section and a poll set up in Joomla. The middle section with the red box is all in Flash. The second button is on the roll-over, so you can see what the dropdown looks like. I will provide all the current images if you can use them. The landing pages I just need the design converted, and then we can go through and add content in ourselves. We have forms that work through asp, and the function needs to be able to stay the same. I attached screen shots of the home page and a landing page, so you can get an idea of what it looks like. Terms - payment through PayPal or similar method. I can do a deposit to start and the balance upon completion. Please note - do not try and contact the customer regarding this project. I am the only authorized contact. I need this project to be completed quickly and for you to be realistic about your timeline. IF you say it will be done in 3 days, it needs to be completed in that time.
