Adsense Website (20$ a day minimum earning)

Dear Freelancers, I'm looking for an Adsense ready profitable website to be developed that makes at least 20$ a day. Before starting anything I will require project overview plan and examples of your previous sites that you built (your portfolio). You will search for the niche topic and you will search for a suitable domain name. Websites expectations: - Wordpress or Joomla based website - Original and Unique content ( it will be copyscape tested) - Only proper English can be used on site - 100% organic traffic - No click bots, traffic buying or anything similar - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - You will need to write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website - Needs to generate at least 20 USD Per Day to my adsense account long term! - NO Black Hat tecqnicues - Cannot involve anything related to adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, warez or anything that is not acceptable to the adsense TOS. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE - Must be 100% optimized for Google Adsense - Must contain related images to niche topic - Fully indexable by google-bot and index on the 3 major search engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo) - Must be on the first pages in major search engines (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc) Only experience bidders with a proven record will be considered. If the work is done well with good communication there will definitely be future opportunities to work together. I will pay the amount only AFTER I see constant income on adsense acc. Constant means at least 30 days from date you finish, site MUST be earning at least 20$ a day. THERE WILL BE NO ADVANCE PAYMENT, MILESTONES OR ANYTHING SIMILAR. Do you job honestly and efficent and you will be rewarded in the same way. If you prove yourself and do your job done in pleasing way I will reward you with more of the same projects.
