Developer required to build boolean logic search app with screen scrapping and export

Developer required to build boolean logic search app, with screen scrapping and excel export capability. I am looking for a web developer with excellent and demonstrate-able skills in the following areas; - Professional clean front end building - expert and performant boolean logic skills - precise screen scraping skills - Exporting results to multiple formats, like Excel or csv I need a simple search application, that uses multiple search criteria, can screen scrape results and export the results into a structured format. The tool will be used to search using the google search engine and will need to screen scrape results from all (or pre-defined number of) the multiple results pages (page 1, page 2 etc….) The end user must be able to specify the number of exported results required - 1, 10 , 100, 1000 etc … or any number - 14 - 39 - 1017 etc Results matching search criteria, will need to be shown on screen and with an option to export to a spreadsheet with specific column headings. I am looking for a web based application that will run locally on windows or mac computers, the design should also make it possible to run on a web server in the future (not a requirement in this phase - but nice to have). This should be a professional looking designed application as it will be used by non technical business users. The application should be easy to use and understand, with out the need for complex training. It must be intuitive. This will require a custom search entry screen, where the multiple search criteria can be entered by non technical users. The lower half of the application screen should show the realtime results as they are captured. Each search, with all criteria, should have the option to be saved, for future re use (not the results, just the search). The application will need to wrap the user’s results with the appropriate boolean logic and submit the search string to google and then record the results. More specific details of the data being searched on will be shared with the winning bidder. Please note, this application will be extended in the future, so the application design must be easy to extend and the code must be well commented. The first task I want the winning bidder to do is - document the solution, what it is, how it works, what it will look like with wire frame diagrams etc. Once this is correct and agreed, this will become the development specification document.
