Create a Wordpress Template - edit a nevada theme i bought.

hey guys, i just bought the wordpress theme "nevada" from themeforest and found out its blank and i need to build it from scratch (:. this is the theme+a similar to how i want it to look like: [login to view URL] i want the main page to have this-(looking at the site i gave): first the menu then the video like on the page to the right, and opt in to the left. little down i want a quoting system with different quotes daily with a big enough font to stretch the entire page. below i want "latest videos" which is just a blog categories of videos with some kind of slider from newest to oldest. i may also want "latest podcasts" the same way below it and footer on the low of the screen. blog entry is a video+text(like the option in nevada theme) or soundcloud audio+text for the podcasts... the blog types are "videos" that has a few sub categories so i can sort by them in the "blog" page and podcasts for a start. at first i thought about having a "videos" link in the top menu that takes you to a page you can sort by sub categories all the "videos" blog post... other pages in the top menu include "about" "coaching" and "contact" but those are mostly text+video/pictures... another thing regarding the link i gave of nevada, there is a background picture where the video is up in the main page. i wanna do like a cool background there that give a cool look to all this(instead of the newyork photo) but ill guess ill need to talk with a graphic designer later. would like to know how many hours it may take. tal.
