Build an Online Store

Looking for professionals only with relevant past experience!!! The job is to create a responsive clothing store with an Inventory Management System. scaled for Cellular phones and Tablets. Required items: 1. The website must be scaled for mobiles, tablets and PCs and must work perfectly on all major browsers.(Chrome,Internet Explorer 7 and later,Firefox,Safari,Opera) 2. The store must have a content management system for all it's pages. 3. The store will allow admins to update/add/delete items and for each item you must have image price and specific details (Such as colors, adding company logo etc.) some details will increase the price 4. The store will add tax automatically, and tax rates must be allowed to be changed by the store admin. and will have a few shipping options and shipping cost calculation according to weight. 5. The store will allow automatic discount for big clients according to Items amount or order total. 6. The store will allow uploading a newsletter and sending a newsletter for registered clients according to a set of rules(Total Orders in last 3 years, number of Order in last 3 years and last order date) 7. The store will allow Facebook and Google+ Registration. 8. The store will allow admins to update manually an order price according to Order ID or client email. 9. The store will allow payment by Credit card and Paypal or by saving the order(to be paid manually) and allowing the admin to mark it as paid and write how it was paid. 10. Basic marketing tracking system that will allow: Main tracking code, Secondary tracking code and Dynamic Parameter that will allow creating a report by clients,dates,months,Main tracking codes and secondary tracking code.
