Basic Small Website Creation General Requirements for this project: - Very basic and simple quality design - Minimal or NO graphics other than simple layout elements, backgrounds, etc - XHTML and CSS compliant pages; must validate for XHTML 1.0 Trans - Professional quality - Logical naming conventions for CSS IDs and classes as well as page layout - 3 pages max - All text/ copy provided to you (no copywriting or editing required) - Page formatting (text, and elemental alignment and placement) - Allocated hours: 10 <-- hard limit Deliverables/ Milestones: 1. One design mockup to be revised as needed (limited by scope to simple changes) 2. Creation of Home Page – subject to revisions 3. Build out of additional pages – all text and images provided; subject to minor revisions 4. Final product – all source files and ready-to-launch website file system. Time Frame: - 3 to 5 business days - scheduled in advance Please provide a flat-rate quote for this type of project as well as an hourly rate (in the PMB) for any overtime or additional tasks. Your hourly rate must coincide with the 10 hours allocated for this project. Payment Terms: Two Milestone payments: 50% upon completion of milestone 2 above (Create homepage); Balance upon receipt of all deliverables. Thanks.
