Design 2 widgets for website

I have a web site that is fully functional. Please go to [login to view URL] to see what the site is all about. The website is a digg type site. I need 3 items designed. The work will include html code and some graphic design. The first is a 16x16 icon, this icon will represent the brand, and should be based on the design that already exists on the website. Secondly, I need a simple widget designed like the digg widget. This widget will be embedded into someone else's site and show how many people have voted on the page where the widget is embedded. It consists of 2 components- a vote count, and a button to vote. If the url has not been submitted yet, instead of a vote count, it should display a "submit" button. The second widget is a more detailed widget. It should fit a roughly 150 x 150 embed. This widget should show 4 things- the headline of the story, a vote type, such as "Fair or Foul", a vote count, and a button to vote. If the URL into which the widget is not embedded is not yet submitted, instead of those 4 things, it should only display something like "Pikk It" and a "submit" button. This widget should also use the color theme and graphic from the website. All 3 items, the 16x16 icon, the small widget, and the large widget should have a consistent color scheme and design, and should utilize similar graphics, all taken from the website. Note that you ONLY have to design static html, no coding is necessary. Note that the site is not yet officially live, so it is very slow. In summary, there are 5 deliverables: 1) a 16 x 16 icon 2) A small widget before anyone has submitted the story to pikk 3) A small widget after someone has submitted the story to pikk 4) A large widget before someone has submitted the story to pikk 5) A large widget after someone has submitted the story to pikk Note that items 2-5 are just web pages. Each should be a static html document that will fit into a small <embed>.
