Design company logo and website

Our company wants to acquire new clients and therefore we need to go professional - we need a logo and a website. The task is to design a company logo and design the website using WordPress 3, and incorporate that logo into that website header. We have no corporate indentity created yet, so this will be the starting task. We're a small IT company based in Slovakia, providing services for high-reliability and demanding applications, usually mission-critical 24/7 apps. Mostly we take over an existing application or system, and transform it into a reliable and fast one (we don't create applications from scratch). About the logo: I have no exact vision, but the logo must be simple and must be easily recognizable, and the style must be modern and fresh. Preferred colors are light-blue, white, and maybe optionally also a little bit of green or red. The final logo must be delivered both as vector and high-resolution raster image, with short description of used fonts and colors (Pantone color description would be great). About the website: I need a simple website, therefore I chose Wordpress. I need a design that will be in harmony with company logo and colors. You don't need to fill it with content, I'll do it on my own. I just need a plain Wordpress setup, with a desin for our company, with the newly-created logo.
