Create Html CSS website template

Hello Friends, I want a website design for my new bidding/ Auction Website. On this website different types of bidding can be done...For example please visit : [login to view URL] I want a creative and attractive template for my new site.. If you have a great design then you can send me that... Otherwise create this for me.... I have attached an Image for my homepage layout.....There are different websites mentioned on the image. You have to take that part from that site and make the design given in the image as my site homepage My Requirement: 1). Every part of the template must be individually designed so that where ever i place tha html of that part it must have the same design. 2. All the texts on the button in the designed must be in text... so that i can change whn i want them. 3). the tab in the 3 part and all the slider must work properly. 4) . A new page must be designed from this design must have all the parts the url [login to view URL] have.. 5) another page where timer will b placed must hAVE THE design as on [login to view URL] home page....The timer box.. 6. A Good looking Register page, login page, contach page,,,,
