Appealing Entry webpage Design for adult'ish site.

Hello! We are in need of a rather specialized piece of work for our website, which is in all senses, an entry page! This page will hold a disclaimer detailing what an individual agrees by clicking 'enter'. As well, it will be our 'eye catching' piece! It's the first thing visitors see, and so it must be capturing and eye-enticing so to say. :) Now, to clarify, our site is Hentai oriented. For those who don't know of it (quite a few don't) – it's an adult variation of Anime. The piece requested here, however, will NOT be exposing. It may be 'on the edge' – enticing, yet not exposing anything of a true sexual nature! I have attached a VERY crude, general concept of the pages lay out which may be altered, changed, and modified to your 'vision' so long as the key components listed in it, remain intact in the final design. Price range: 150-350$ (varying on quality of work). Please feel free to contact me and ask anything!
