Convert word doc files to HTML5 file using CSS

Please read the complete description before responding or bidding! Time is of essence. I will need the documents by Sunday evening. No extensions. I will not pay any intermediate milestones, only at the end when the is complete. I do not wish to post another project if you decide to leave half way with partial payments. IF YOU CANNOT AGREE, DO NOT BID AND WASTE EVERYONE'S TIME. I need few HTML files which look exactly as the attached word files. One html file for each word file. HTML files have to be created from start with minimal HTML code. You can't just use MS Word Save to HTML function. Total of ~30 files but the content is quite straight forward and similar, mostly paragraphs, images and couple of tables. Key issue - when printing the html5 should match the word file printing. Typically footer causes the biggest issue with HTML5. Footer should always be at the bottom when printing the HTML5 file and the footer should appear in all pages of the HTML5 print.
