Clean Received Outlook Emails

We have a lot of forms that people fill to ask us information or quotations. Lately some robots seem to fill this form and we are getting a lot of garbage filled forms. For example Phone number would be 12345, etc We are looking for a piece of code to incorporate in Outlook and that would filters such emails, and just put them in a Junk folder in Outlook. We need to have an external file where we can add, modify the filtering criteria. For example, Phone=123456. When the email are received in Outlook, the code will read the text and remove any email that match the criteria set the external files. Note that we should be able to have from 1 to 5 criteria in this external file. If any of the criteria match, the email should be discarded.
