Create VB6 Function to return world population for input year date. Extrapolate from given data.

I need this VB6 function fast, but accurate I am supplying you with some accurate world population data by decade and/or year listed in thousands. For missing years, you will extrapolate the population number from the given data in a VB6 function call. VB6 Example: Function(birthyear as integer) as long I input 1945 as a year and the function returns 2,528,313, 000 as a long number. If I input a year that is ion between given data, YOU will extraoplate the answer from the data supplied. Example, if I input 1952, then you would return an answer using the data supplied for 1950 and 1955. The data supplied is from 1900 to 2100 and 10 or five year increments. It varies. Just do the math in the function to given me an answer. The population growth is not a set formula, that's why I supply you with data from the United Nation. ## Deliverables Need it fast, cheap with WELL commented code.
