Change text on youtube video & Upload to YouTube

I have a short 2 1/2 minute youtube video that has some text on the screen that stays on for the first 35 seconds and then it has some addtional contact information text at the end of the video. I need someone to add 1 line of text to the beginning of the video which is the web site address and to change the contact information at the end of the video. The bidder must also upload the video to youtube and it must appear with sound and video the same as the video that I will provide.
