We are looking to have a data base in Microsoft access created for workers insurance purposes. This data base will be used for a year period only. Then the following year a new database will be started using the same program, just new entries.
Please review the attachments provided for layout and forms that need to be created, and the excel sample for calculations that have to be created within access.
Notes: there will be 2 employee types, a non-prorated, and a prorated. There will be different calculations needed for each type. See excel formulas for direct examples under sample employee name “Melissa”.
If an employee stops working and has no entry under their name for any payperiod the system will still calculate properly accordingly.
