You have mentioned "Either one of the examples will work as a model." ... But there is only 1 example shown. Would you like to share some other examples.. Also you mentioned "If you choose to use the timer with the numbers counting down you would start from 240"... This needs little clarification... Bid will be revised after discussing all details... Looking at the 2nd image you have attached, I assume the outer circle (White) is dependent on the inner circle and every complete cycle of the inner circle will result in small increment at the outer circle.. The numbers will be showing in the middle?

I have a question , the count down will have a stop or it will continue till infinity? can provide video and gif, however gif might now support long animation ( the files will be too heavy ). Please advice.
