Create quality videos

Hi I need some one who can create quality videos. If you can create the technical videos then i can suggest the topics or else you can create videos of your own choice. Ofcourse they should be interesting to watch. After hire, I can provide the schedule on each subject as per the plan you choose to create videos. The candidate may need to create 40 videos on the subject. My budget for 40 videos is 150 USD and video length should be descriptive and not less than 5 minutes.
