An web application that interacts with Google Maps. We need an application that takes in a picture (of a map, or a plan of an area), and enables the picture to be very accurately, visually, lined up with the correct co-ordinates (i.e. by stretching & moving the picture so that any identifiable artefacts that are on both the map and the picture, can be precisely aligned), and also creates the tiles necessary.
