Build me a simple Twilio Cloud IVR Customer calls my 1855# customer enters into IVR welcome message............... press 1 for Sales press 2 for Customer service press 3 for accounting etc... after hours a voice mail picks up right away and the message is emailed to me. based on the callers number selection the call is routed to a specific phone number (a cell phone in most circumstances). I will need to be able to easily change the routing number. Optional requirement but a nice to have: if the call is not answered after a user makes a selection then it is sent to voice-mail (not the cell phone voice mail) but a "twilio" voice mail details: [login to view URL]

I have just finished 2 Twilio projects in PHP and can show them to you. And that for less than a week being registered on this site. The deployment to the production server is included in the price. There will be an .INI file for you on the server where you can changes the routing e-mails. I will need to make calls for testing, will appreciate if you provide the refund for the money spent on those calls if they exceed 10 CAD during development stage.
