Barcode Scanning Registration + Lucky Draw Software for Windows

Improve Registration systemScan the bar code or QR code to register guests for an event, and after registration closes, If there is a lucky draw, the lucky draw will be based on the registered attendees. Registration system must be able to do the following: -Have an option to print a customized bar code label or text label upon registering -Have an option to prompt when registered guests is a recipient of sorts due for rehearsal so we are able to usher in for rehearsal -Database preferably in excel sheet format -Have to flexibility to omit fields not required and still able to run -Able to check registration count real time -Able to generate a full report, attendees report, absentees report with date and time stamp -Able to input guest(s) details, add into the database and register them from the system in the event where there are last minute additions Lucky draw must be able to do the following: -Identify a range of attendees not eligible for lucky draw (eg: lucky draw numbers starting with "0" and / or "A" are not eligible.) -Able to show the result on a monitor, screen, projector, etc. -Able to set the number of rounds -Able to set number of draws per round -Able to draw a round without countdown (instant draw) --After instant draw, enable us to export it as a powerpointfile if the results fit into one slide, if too many results, enable it to scroll. -Able to redraw unclaimed instant draw -Able to redraw a particular prize (eg: prize number 2, attendee is not around, redraw prize 2) -Able to set a device as a drawer and another as a display to display the result(s), no master and slave (every device can be a drawer or a display but only limited to one drawer, no two drawers online at the same time) -Able to generate a full report, and the individual round report with date and time stamp Hardware Requirements Able to install on 32 and 64 bit Windows system ranging from XP to Windows 8. Any bar code printer, preferably wireless, to recommend? Optional If Barcode Printer and Scanner can be wireless, would be good. If there is a better barcode label software to recommend, would be good. Able to design the barcode label in the registration software without having to open the bartender software would be good.
