Arduino Sony lanc protocol – PWM signal from RC receiver I would like to find someone that could help me with a special project similar with what you can see here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have a quadcopter(multi-rotor) equipped with a sony rx-100 mark3 and I want to use the Multi-port terminal ( using lanc protocol ) to control it. I want to be able to control focus / shutter release / zoom in / zoom out / have analogic video and audio output /start rec / stop rec / charging / power on/off. The basic idea is, RC receiver sending signals to the Arduino Nano board( arduino need to understand PWM signals) and the arduino nano board sending the signals to the camera using the Sony Lanc protocol. I have all the hardware so you don’t have to have the hardware to bid in this project. Pretty much all the information needed is available on the links that I provide, so I’m not expecting high bids, and if you do so, don’t expect to be award. Additional information can be found below. Any extra information that you may need to complete this project must to be research by you. Since 2012 all new Sony cameras feature a USB 2.0 HighSpeed micro B connector rather than a USB mini B or a proprietary USB connector. On most of these new cameras, however, the USB micro B connector is not labelled \\\\\\\"USB\\\\\\\" but \\\\\\\"Multi\\\\\\\" in order to indicate that it is a special Multi Terminal connector. This Multi Terminal connector is compatible with a standard USB micro B connector but features 10 hidden contacts carrying additional signals for: - power - USB - LANC - composite video out - stereo audio out - remote release New Sony Multi Terminal: M1 VBUS (+5V in, max. 2A) M2 USBD- M3 USBD+ M4 USB_ID M5 GND -- M6 +3.1V (for LANC_DC etc.) M7 reserved M8 LANC_SIG M9 reserved M10 SELECT (resistor against M6 or M14) M11 Audio R out / activate camera / focussing M12 Audio L out / release shutter M13 Composite video out M14 GND M15 reserved More details can be found here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]:lanc [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
