Hello. I represent small but well balanced team of two SW developers. Each of us has got more than 20 years of win32 and more than 10 years of .NET/C# programming experience. I am a programmer of rather Pascal - Delphi - C# genesis, while my colleague's professional life has been going along the C/C++ - C# line and I would dare to say that he is a real C++ guru. We're well experienced with server side as well as frontend (both desktop and web) development in banking, financial and industrial segments. We also have good experience in writing different kinds of non standard middleware for solutions where heterogeneous SW written in Delphi, VB6, C, C++, C# and even MathLab integration were required. We always try to write self explanatory yet well commented code and we don't regard writing docs and specifications as a waste of time. Besides of vast coding experience we're also well familiar with architectural and project management issues. Both of us have university degrees, one in IT (National Technical University, Kyiv, Ukraine), another in CS (Taras Shevchenko National University, Kyiv, Ukraine) so our mathematical and engineering background allows us to take challenging jobs like yours. I will provide any additional information if required. It's hard to talk about budget not knowing the job details but I'm aware that with our man-hour rate around $25 we'll remain in your budget frames.
