Create a small program that will modify Etsy listings

My project is for an easy software program / robot that will allow me to modify 20 draft listings at a time on [login to view URL] with information that I have in an Excel spreadsheet. I would like the program to access my account, I can upload an Excel spreadsheet, and the program will modify the first 20 draft listings based on the information in the spreadsheet. I will then need it to publish the listing. I would like a prompt that tells me that all 20 have been uploaded successfully, and if not, which ones were unsuccessful. I have attached the spreadsheet I would like to use, which includes all of the 26 required fields by Etsy. You can modify the spreadsheet if needed., In the FILE 1-5 field, I will need the program to also upload JPG, PDF, and PNG files, which will have their locations on my computer listed in the excel file. In the PHOTO 1-5 field, I will need the program to upload JPEG files, which will have their locations on my computer listed in the excel file. The program can be created in any software language necessary, but will need to run on both Windows 7 and Windows 8 - 64 bit systems. I am also requesting the source code used in the project. I have included the images of the Etsy Listing manager, and an Etsy listing.
