Hi I was browsing jobs and yours caught my eye. I'm Janette, an experienced website usability tester who has a 5 star feedback on several freelancer websites. I believe I can help with testing the usability of your website. I have helped hundreds of website owners ensure the site sells itself to the user when they get there. How can you be certain that your site is up to scratch from a user perspective? Does the site 'market itself' by being clear to new visitors what it's about and sells your product/service as you envisage. Does it offer the user a logical and easy to understand navigation and persuade me to buy? My approach is simple, I visit your site afresh and video my screen narrating out loud on its usability, customer engagement, clarity and ease of navigation. I will therefore find out any areas that are functionally incorrect but also tell you if it sells its purpose/service to me as a user and would I click/convert? You then get the video and a summary report of my findings and recommendations.
