Hello, Since i have a lot of experience with data extraction and by the description it is a quite easy task you want to be done, i think i would be one of the best candidates for this project. It would be nice to get some more information about the project itself. If communication with database isn't sorted out, i would suggest using something simple like Dapper. Of course if there is a need for NHibernate/Entity Framework, it could be used instead. About data extraction, you have mentioned that they provide XML documentation, is the data itself in XML or is data structure described using XML? Although this doesn't make a huge difference, since there are lots of libraries that provide an easy way to convert data from different formats. I have some questions about the webpage itself. What should it contain? Some graphs and ability to edit database data? I have strong knowledge using libraries like d3js for graphs, and combining that with angularjs, i could provide you with a fast and dynamic web site. It would be really nice to get some more specifications on what should be done. I hope you will give me a chance to work on your project, i'm sure you would be really pleased with the result.
