Bulk Upload to Copyscape with Zipped folder

Hi there What I need done: We check articles uniqueness through Copyscape and index each article, it’s a manual process checking articles 1 by 1. I need a program that I can bulk upload articles to Copyscape and check each article against plagiarism and index each article that is uploaded, so no duplicated content can be sent through twice by any writer. Copyscape has an API which needs to be created in accordance to their API which they currently have. Content is received in a word document but can be converted into a text file if need be. We are checking around 800 articles a week through Copyscape and its become very time consuming Any suggestions how to speed this process up?
