Hello, We need help for our Adobe AIR application. It´s a desktop-based learning software with the lessons reading and calculating. These are each 24 weeks and 27 weeks long. Everything works fine and the reading lesson goes through all 24 weeks. But the calculating lesson ends in the tenth week on day 3 with a white screen (see the attached video). Unfortunately, it can not continue. The application was developed by an employee who is no longer available. The problem is, I only have the finished installation file (*. air). And of course all the other files (*. swf and so on) after the installation. If you do a great job, we´ll also hire you for our future projects (Cause step by step we want to add more lessons in our application). Thanks for the bids Best wishes chkoepp

Greetings Sir, I'm specialized in looking for bugs in flash applications and I think I can solve this for you. I have more than 5 years of intensive working in flash and related platforms from which I have got a decent experience knowing why a flash application may stop to work. Said that, I will be happy to support you and solve your bug. Regarding the application you said that you only got the air and the post installation files from your developer. Don't you have also a bunch of *.as files (actionscript files) or a *.fla or *.mxml? In order to solve the problem we will need to compile the application from its sources, if you don't have the sources there is not much we can do to be honest.
