Apply concatenate of two columns to multiple csv files at once

A file that concatenates two pre-existing columns and adds a new column with the concatenated values to the same csv. For all pre-existing rows - the specified values should be concatenated. There should be one space between the two values when they are concatenated. I should be able to apply multiple different concatenations to different csv files in one place. I should also be able to apply one same concatenation to mutiple different csv files at once. I want to run this script daily with windows task scheduler so there should be an executable file and ideally a separate text file where I can simply enter something like: inputcolumnname1,inputcolumnname2,outputcolumnname,csvfilename1,csvfilename2 inputcolumnname1,inputcolumnname2,outputcolumnname,csvfilename I have attached a csv file that shows on a smaller scale what i would expect the overall output csv to look like.
