Delphi 2007 Programmer - Multithreading, Sockets, HTTP Parsing Experience Required

I'm looking for a Delphi 2007 Programmer (REQUIRED, will not accept other versions) that has experience in: Multithreading Web Sockets Parsing / Web Scraping Proxy Use Large File input (10million+ lines .txt file) ------------------------------------------------------ The first job will consist of: 1. User browses for a .txt file, line delimited, of e-addresses. 2. User sets a text box input to the number of "threads" they would like to run at a time maximum. 3. User clicks start button. 4. Software starts X amount of threads as detailed by user input. 5. Each thread will select a new line from the list (email address). 6. Each thread will do an MX Record Lookup (DNS) to find the FIRST MX RECORD for that e-address. 6. Each thread will write to an [login to view URL] file a new line in the following format: $line = $mxRecord . "|" . $eAddress . "\r\n"; I will require all source code from all jobs. I have monthly jobs like this and am looking to find a single freelancer to work with. If you can do these type of jobs very easily, then this is for you. If you struggle with anything I've listed above, please don't bother bidding, as I am only looking to work with someone that knows what they are doing, not someone who I would have to train. Thanks!
