I've done these kinds of apps before. I have an extensive background in C# and ASP.NET and I can do the parsing of the data including paging, so you will be able to get -all- the data if you want. However take into account that speed depends on the server you're doing the queries. I made a simple test and it was quick, so I can do it for sure.

Hello, To make sure my understanding about the project requirement is current, please take a few minutes of time to read the following, A class library is required which will have the mentioned properties and functionality like getting the cabinet, department and the finally the employees based on the parameters passed from the front end application. My experience in .NET and C# can be used to achieve this requirement with minimal bugs and maximum outcome.
