Create a Crypter (To protect software from Virus Detection)

Hello, I'd like to order a piece of software (Including source code of course), written in C#. The software should be a crypter. I hope you know what it is. If it you can read about it here: [login to view URL] Basically it is a piece of software which obfuscates the program. It is not obfuscating to prevent "source code stealing", but rather to prevent Anti-Virus programs to detect programs as viruses. I am using a Client-Control program which gets detected as a virus for example and I would like to be able to avoid detections. Therefore I need this program. Please just ask if you don't understand the task. I can send you my current crypter which is detected my some AVs if you would like to see it. A few requirements: - Output file must be FUD (Fully Undetected 0/60) I will scan. - Must be RunTime Fully Undetected. - Must be ScanTIme Fully Undetected. - Must be written in C# or C++. Thanks.
