I am looking to replicate the look and functionality of the training/help manual/guide at the link below:

What this is, is a training guide that is hosted on their server. Make note of the functions/attributes it provides:
1. Table of contents
2. Index
3. Search function
4. Glossary
Ideally, I would like ours to function and look precisely like the this example. If this is not possible, then as closely as humanly possible.
It will need an editor that can either:
1. Create and post up the contents (including hyperlinks, images and the ability to "tag" words so as to automatically create the index).
2. Or directly accept Word documents, without ANY revamping in the html portion of the editor.
Preferably, I could do this through Word. I am thinking of the Wordpress editor that accepts content "directly from a Word document."
This will need to be an app or other type of software, as we will be looking to host this on our server so that we can access, update, etc...
