Automate Adding 'Option Explicit' into existing VB6 projects

I've got about 40 VB6 applications consisting of 40 or more modules and forms. I've got a worker looking into porting them over to VB.NET. They say what I need is to add Option Explicit to all my code to make this task much easier. What I'm looking for is some code (preferably VB6) to automatically open each file, find all the variables, declare all the variables, add Option Explicit and rewrite the file with the proper mods. I started writing Basic code on an Apple II in 1982, so I typically just create a variable and declare them with %, !, $, at the end of the variable name. This would be what you would look for in this process. If you know of an existing method to do this, that would be even better and you can bid that. Because of the proprietary nature of the code, I can not simply have people port this over themselves. I must do that here where I can control it. ## Deliverables I've attached 1 module which is somewhat representative of my code.
