I've had great experiences working with the largest call center companies in the Philippines handling technical, customer service, sales and chats that makes me an expert in delivering a world-class customer service. I've been very successful working in sales and hitting my quota beyond what is assigned.

I also have 2 laptops and a desktop. My primary laptop has Intel Core i3 processor, Windows 7 Ultimate, 4GB of RAM and 500GB of HDD. While my back-up comes with AMD A4 processor, Windows 8.1 OS, 4GB of RAM and 500GB of HDD. I have DSL with 3Mbps and back-up connection which is a Smartbro pocket WIFI.
