We're a startup looking for an extra sales member on our team to manage our sales process including: Lead Generation, Cold Calling , Follow up Calls and emails , Skype Meetings , Write Proposals, Follow up and close sales Skills required: Cold calling, Good written English, Can relate to people easily, Understand buyer psychology, Trustworthy, Know how to develop a working relationship. A bit about our company: We sell high quality animated explainer videos aimed towards tech businesses. Our videos help companies market, promote and convert website visitors into leads / customers. We will give you all the marketing materials needed, and would discuss this to determine what you need to sell. This is a commission based offer: We pay $400 commission for each video sold at $2000 and anything sold over $2000 we give you $400 + 50% of the additional revenue. e.g. If you sold a video for $3000 you'd earn $400 + $500, totalling a $900 commission. Please note that we offer several types of video, and this pricing scheme would be for our main video style only. We would negotiate the other commission schemes over Skype, as they're a bit more complex and involve multiple videos at a lower price.
