Main Task: To cold call businesses to offer Alotel Business Phone Package. Campaign Background Information: Alotel is a rapidly growing telecommunications service provider offering fixed lines, ADSL, NBN, VoIP and inbound services for individual and business customers. Alotel has recently launched a new product range into the Australian Market for businesses to own a complete business phone system tailored to suite their needs. Business pays a promotional price of AUD $50 per month per phone line, getting all call transfer, and hold music functions, unlimited call value, plus a new HD handset rental all included. Why do business want to use our services? 1. For $50 per month getting all call value and all the smart functions, is considered a cheap deal. 2. Our phone system future proofs the business due to government national fibre roll out, causing traditional copper line disconnections if end users do not switch in time. 3. Its hassle free for the business owner because Alotel does all installations and testing for them. How do we qualify an appointment: 1. Customer needs to be out of contract 2. Customer needs not to be with certain service providers for their current services(details provided in training) 3. Customer needs to pay a minimum of AUD $150 phone and internet bill monthly. 4. Appointments need to include decision maker's name, contact number, address and the time and date of the appointment. Target Business: Hairdressers Mechanics Coffee Shops Restaurants Real Estate Age Care Facility Accounting Firms Etc Role Description: 1. Receive a list of suburbs to dial from a business directory provided by Alotel Campaign Manager. 2. Dial the numbers via own telephone system (Landline Number) Payment: $20 AUD per Lead paid after the appointment is seen. Generally our appointments get seen within 1-2 business days, unless customer schedules for a later time. Working Schedule: Flexible working hours Telemarketers can call between: • 9:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, Australia Eastern Standard Time • 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Saturday, Australia Eastern Standard Time • Not permitted to call on Sunday or Public holidays. Project Success Key performance indicator 5 Leads within 5 busines days from the commencement date Ongoing basis Project. Once trial project is completed within a timely manner successful candidate will be given opportunity to work on main project as an on going basis
