Clean up survey results in Excel

This project is making an Excel file look good for printing and distribution. We recently did an 86 question survey and dumped the summarized results into Excel. The results are good, but the file looks pretty ugly. Our clients paid us to do this survey, so we owe them a decent looking results package. ## Deliverables This project is making an Excel file look good for printing and distribution. We recently did an 86 question survey and dumped the summarized results into Excel. The results are good, but the file looks pretty ugly. Our clients paid us to do this survey, so we owe them a decent looking results package. I've attached the first few questions. Remember there are 86 - I just don't want to show them all until I've picked a coder. For just about all questions, we simply need to print the question, the various answer options, and the response percentages and the total who answered the question. For the number who answered the questions, just put “n=50?? (or whatever the numbers is). We do not need the response counts themselves or the number who skipped the question. Where it makes sense, we should print a simple bar or pit chart next to the result. In some cases (like Q3), the question/answer is too complicated for a chart and we can skip it. This project should probably just stay in Excel, but will be printed eventually on 11x8.5 inch paper, so it should be formatted as such.
