Dental Office Website SEO

I recently went live with a new website for my dental office, but very little has been done to optimize it for traffic. The site is [login to view URL] I would like for someone to: 1. Look at the code within the site to make sure its correct for the keywords I am targeting. 2. Submit the site to google, yahoo, msn, etc. 3. Develop and Implement a strategy to get the site ranked high in google. The keywords I am targeting are not highly competitive. It is basically my town name (O'Fallon) and dentistry, dental office, dentist, etc. Please leave your plan for completing this project in the PMB along with a bid for completion.
