Cleaning and SEO for a Wallpapers website

Hi, everyone. I have 2 wallpaper websites running for more than an year. I'm ussing them only for google adsense. Now AdSense has some new features and it indicates me some problems that I have with my site. I'd like to have them solved. Also I'd like to get them some SEO optimization so I could reach let's say 1K visits a day. I'm not very much of a coder, but I do know all the tricks with bought trafic and all that stuff, so if you're willing to cheat on this project better don't try. You'll waste my time and yours as well. Also, I'm, just as you, a freelancer here, working in a different field, so please, BID acordingly... I don't have any prefferences about the freelancer that will get that job exception 1: knowing english at a level that at wich we can understand each other.
