Build One Way Links

We need 50 one way links to a legal service web site. - All Links must be permanent. - All links need to be relevant to our website, i.e. ONLY websites which are related to lawyer, law firm, legal service, etc. - Links must contain keywords that will be specified. - Links must be listed/indexed on Google PR 2 (10 pieces), PR 3 (20 pieces), PR4 (15 pieces), and PR5 (5 pieces). - One link per domain (different C class IPs). - No Directories, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites. - Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted. - No more than 30 links from the page to other sites. - Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) - Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag (please see tags at the end of this file). - All links should be free and not paid links. - All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. - English language sites only. - No search spam. - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges. - No link schemes. - No blog comments. - No directories. - No forums. - No classified ads. - No dynamic links. - No pages blocked by robots.txt. - No article submission sites. - No guest books. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. - One-way links only, no reciprocal links will be accepted. - Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days). - Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. - Link Page should be navigated to from the site's homepage. - No texts to mention the links are paid links. - Sites must be live. - Link page must be in good English and have sensible content. - You will provide in Excel format the Site Url, link Url, Number of links on page, and google's Page Rank of each site you have added a link to. - US web sites preferred although not mandatory. - The links listed on the page should not be internal links (which link to pages within domain). - If most of the links listed on the page are government websites or education websites (whose URL ended with .gov and .edu), then disregard them. - Don’t consider sites whose services’ scope is exactly the same as that of our site, which will be provider to the winning bidder. - We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
