Need to create a web based service that will allow people to list their products on eBay through one unified web based service. Some people have full fledged ecommerce sites like Open Cart, Magento etc. They may not need this service. There are a lot of smaller businesses who only have a spreadsheet to work off. Our service will allow them to: 1) Upload their spreadsheet to our website, or 2) Do direct data entry into our website Our website will then upload their products to eBay. Once we get the eBay part going, we will also handle Amazon through the same portal and so on. This will allow small merchants to upload their products to one website and that will then upload to multiple shopping portals like eBay, Amazon etc. This will be a subscription model, i.e, merchants will pay a monthly fee to use our service. In your proposal, please identify which technologies will you use to develop this site. For example, if you think Cake PHP will be best, explain why. If you think Zend will be best, explain why? You must have prior experience with eBay API as that is our first step. If you have Amazon API experience, that is a plus. Do mention how long it will take. Breakdown your project by milestones.
