Django website(like guru.com)

Hi I am familiar with Guru.com. I assume you need a basic system to prove proof of concept as a starting point. As a starting project we can build a system that will allow users to add projects onto the system, either per hour or per project cost. Other users can then bid on this project. The project owner can see bids and accept one to complete a project. Each user will need a profile page. Each user can be rated by people whom they have worked with on a project and will be graded as such. This will give you a core system that we can use to add more functionality at later dates. My bid is for the system I mentioned here. I will build it using Django and the Django Rest Framework, with an Angular/Bootstrap front end. This will allow for future UI additions and allow for easy Ui design changes.
