Set up and example for Celery + Django

Set up a working example of a background project in Webfaction servers. Django 1.6.6 Python 3.4 Celery 3.1 RabbitMQ 3.3.5 Flower All this must be mounted in a virtualenv in the same folder as the project (running <<python3.4 -m venv .>> at the same level as django's project folder) Must be running in daemon mode to restart automatically everythime the server restarts or django runs. An example interacting with the database after making any task. A full report about how to set up the same in different projects and make it run is mandatory. A cleaned server account will be provided, with a domain name and a already running django example that you can reuse or not.
