1. Analyze the aggregate national income, government, monetary and external balance accounts of the United Arab Emirates, and to present a data-driven analysis of the base line scenario of the macro economy; and 2. Given the base line scenario students should be able to describe possible future macroeconomic weaknesses/strengths, and to propose policies required to consolidate the economy. B1. Written Report: Each student will submit an assessment based on an IMF country report about the UAE economy. One score recorded based on the student’s ability to assess the national accounts, the government budget, the balance of payment and the monetary survey (G2O2) Project must have 12 pages addressing the above> This report also should be organized as follows: • Introduction. • Results and discussion – This part should analyze each of the points given above with data and graphs. You may use various sources of information such as journals, magazines, newspaper to gather the idea. • Summary and Conclusion – based on analysis in the previous section. • References. it also must be in APA style citation in the report
