Act as overseas Virtual Customers with purchases included

Hi, i need a freelancer to assist us in our sales efforts as below - act as our virtual customers overseas : 1) Send me an email stating that you would like to buy some products from our company (i will let you know what products to buy from us). 2) I will send you a Quotation and Invoice for these products. 3) You will need to print, sign on the Quotation, and send back a scanned copy of the Quotation to my email. 4) You will make payment by Paypal for these products (approx US$100) to our Paypal email address. 5) We will deliver these products via registered mail to your home address by air freight within 2-3 days. You will need to accept the delivery of these products and sign on the registered delivery order. (You can decide what to do with these products as you wish once you receive it) 6) Once we receive back the acknowledgement from the registered mail courier that the goods have been delivered to you, we will release payment of US$ 100 (for the goods you have bought) + US$ 80 (for your help) in this. 7) Full amount of US$180 will be escrowed as milestone upon project acceptance, and will be released once all the steps above have been completed.
